Shanea Angrick

E-RYT 200, Shanea has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and teaching for 5 years. She is a strong believer in the mental and emotional health benefits of yoga. She has extensive experience as a mental health advocate and volunteer for sexual and domestic assault survivors, and she volunteers her time regularly for this rewarding work. She completed her RYT 200 hour training at Body Mind Core and is currently pursuing her 300 hour training with Janet Stone. Shanea loves to learn and grow and has also already completed Trauma Sensitive Yoga training, Yin Yoga Training and Prenatal Yoga training. Shanea and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their teenage and adult children that live throughout the country.
