Jill brings us a goodie today with this upper body opener. Our concentration is on the shoulders and thoracic spine, searching for more space as we move. In, this shorter class, we begin standing, working through some Sun B variations to get going and then move into the primary sequence. Flow low crescent lunges to Warrior 3, we'll be finding fun ways to use the strap to open up. So make sure you have a block and strap available. No strap?
