Today we find ourselves navigating through our hips and toes. These regions of the body hold on to tension and stress, sometimes for years on end. We find space within these regions as well as regain a true sense of self in this practice. A blanket, bolster or pillow, and blocks with be useful to aid our bodies today. (1 hour 2 minutes)
