In this class, you'll engage with 5 primary developmental movement patterns (breathing, head nods/rotations, rolling, rocking, and crawling) based upon the Original Strength system. These ground-based movements allow the nervous system to relax so the body can move more efficiently. They can subsequently improve posture, mobility, coordination, and overall body awareness, transforming your yoga practice and the way you move through the world. This 15 minute session can be used as a stand-alone practice or as preparation for yoga or exercise. (16 minutes)
