Slow Flow is a vinyasa-style practice with a more mindful, unhurried pace. Expect deeper stretching, longer holds, and an emphasis on relieving stress and releasing tension rather than building intensity. Students are encouraged to move with awareness, exploring what feels best in their bodies as the teacher guides them through grounding postures, fluid transitions, and deliciously slow stretches.
