Tess Belden

Tess began her journey into teaching yoga in 2009 when she studied under her mentor Laura Patterson at Vibe in Bloomington. Once she moved back to Indy and began teaching at Invoke she wanted to expand her knowledge of the practice and got her 200 YTT in 2013. Since then she has committed herself to education and has a Level 1 Peak Pilates certification and Barre training. After her first pregnancy she realized she had a desire to learn Prenatal Yoga and has completed over 90 hours of training under Jane Austin and is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Tess’ work with pregnant people has come full circle over the years and works as a doula and is a Certified Lactation Counselor working towards her IBCLC.
