How Do I Fix That?
8 Seasons
"How Do I Fix That?!" is a full week of yoga solutions to some common physical discomforts. 15 minutes each day will help load up your toolbox for the next time you are feeling sore, tired, or out of sorts in some part of your body.
Each day you will move through a different region of the body to soothe what ails you. It's recommended that you begin with Day 1 and move your way through the series doing one a day. If you have a specific area you would like to work on, that's also encouraged. Two blocks are highly recommended to help support and deepen postures throughout this series. Each class ranges from 12 to 17 minutes in length so you can take time out of your day to get into your body. We hope you enjoy this thoughtful and insightful series. Namasté!
