We find freedom to flow and to make conscious choices in today's live recorded class. We open through the chest, shoulders, and spine to work towards dancer pose, Natarajasana. Two blocks and strap will be helpful as tools for us. We are reminded that love is stronger that hate and to always choose to lead and be guided by love. (1 hour)
