Showing Up for Yourself- Vinyasa Yoga...
Lots of play on the mat today with fun new shapes and challenging ones like pistol squat variations and crow to headstand. Two block will be nice to have throughout practice as we find revolved postures getting deep into the hamstrings and spine. (1 hour)
