Morgan has always been the high intensity workouts kind of gal until injuries from her collegiate running career no longer could tolerate them. Last March was a combination of quarantine, another running injury from intense training, and being stuck at home with nothing to do. Morgan found Pilates that brought her the balance, control, flexibility, and alignment within herself that she’s never had before. Morgan will receive her Bachelors of Science Degree next Spring from IUPUI. This particular field of study has brought Morgan a better understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, aiding in the mind body connection when practicing Pilates. Morgan became Pilates Certified in June of 2021 and has been practicing Pilates daily since last March of 2020. She’s thrilled to be a part of Invoke’s team and mission to making wellness activities accessible to ALL people!
