Congratulations! You've completed your 3 Intro to Yoga session. Today we will combine all of the content learned in the first three workshop sessions and flow through a 60 minute level 1 class. You may need 2 blocks or something comparable at home. Take the practice at your own pace and have fun!
This 60 minute flowing practice breaks down several of the component parts needed to find space and stability in backbends. Dancer is the focus as we move through several Level 2 sequences to open the heart, strengthen the legs, and prepare the low back.
