If you're a yogi, looking to switch up your routine and sprinkle in some different modes of strength training, this series is for you!

  • Vinyasa Strength with Yvonne Rodriguez (Level 2)

    Episode 1

    Vinyasa Yoga - Level 2 - Invoke’s dynamic vinyasa focuses on the flow, strength and power of the practice. This sequence will allow you to work to build strength in the core to help with arm balances and inversions.

  • Core Mix with Vanessa Roy (Level 2)

    Episode 2

    Join Vanessa Roy for a 30 minute Core Mix class. The class is predominantly core focused with some arm and leg work sprinkled in. You'll need a set up light weights (2-4lbs).

    Join Yvonne for a 30 minute strength class! You'll need a set of medium to heavy weights and will work the entire body in this class.

    Vinyasa Yoga - Level 2 with Megan Hochstetler is suitable for all levels. This yoga class offers an athletic style flow with specific emphasis on alignment and form.

    Focus: Athletic Vinyasa Flow w/ option for a few inversions!
