This four-class series is designed for brand new yoga students, or those that would like to review the fundamentals of yoga.
In this workshop series, we will introduce basic alignment and breathing techniques!
Welcome to your first class! We are so glad you're here. Taking the first step can be a little scary and intimidating, but we'll make it easy and accessible for you. Today we begin with the very foundation of yoga practice, the breath. We then move on to twists, cat/cow, spinal balances, chaturangas, down dogs, and a few rounds of Sun Salutations. You'll feel like a pro in no time. Feel free to pause and rewind as much as you'd like during these classes. (33 minutes)
