This practice offers some fun and unique variations on the standard developmental movement patterns outlined in the Original Strength system. These ground-based movements allow the nervous system to relax so the body can move more efficiently. The can subsequently improve posture, mobility, coordination, and overall body awareness, transforming your yoga practice and the way you move throughout the world! This 15 minute session can be used as a stand-alone practice or as preparation for yoga or exercise. ( 18 minutes)
You may want a mad and/or rug with enough floor space to roll around a bit!
