Jill dives into exploration of inner harmony and the balance of the body in this hour long flow. In this class, we will be exploring poses that challenge our balance as well as our focus. With our bodies, minds, and breath working together, we gather a deeper sense of harmony and connection to ones true nature. Dancing shiva, standing splits and opportunities for baby grasshopper will be explored today. (1 hour)
