Let's face it. Going through life can feel scary and uncertain at times. The winds of change are constantly blowing and it can be easy to forget that there is so much to be grateful for. Here at Invoke, we are grateful for you, our students, clients, and friends. We have compiled a gratitude based class series for this season of change. Where ever you're at in life, from new adventures, to everyday stresses, this series was put together for us to remember to look inside ourselves and know that all we need, is right here within us.   • Practicing Gratitude- Vinyasa Yoga w/ Jill (Level 2)

    Episode 1

    Join Jill and Tess as they guild us through this well rounded flow with a theme of gratitude. We'll explore all the Warrior asanas, balancing postures as well as opportunities for arms balances if that peaks your interest. Be sure to have a block handy to elevate the floor closer to you.   • Heart Opening Binds- Vinyasa Yoga w/ Erin M. (Level 2)

    Episode 2

    Vinyasa Yoga - Level 2 with Erin Morgan is suitable for all levels. This yoga class offers an athletic style flow with specific emphasis on alignment and form. (57 minutes)

    Focus of the class: dancers pose and bound half moon

  • Heart Opening Flow- Vinyasa Yoga w/ Jillian (Level 2)

    Episode 3

    Join Jillian for a wonderful heart opening sequence with a peak space of half moon chapasana. (29 minutes)

  • Anahata Flow- Vinyasa Yoga w/ Yvonne (Level 2/3)

    Episode 4

    Recorded live in our downtown studios, today we find our focus on Anahata, the heart chakra. We'll find triangles, reverse warriors, figure 4's and dancers, all leading up to pincha play and L leg handstands. Your heart is bound to feel full and open after this class. (1 hr, 16 mins.)

  • Balance, Hips, and Heart Openers- Vinyasa Yoga with Alexa (Level 2)

    Episode 5

    Vinyasa Yoga - Level 2 with Alexa Halstead. This class focuses on hip stability with challenging standing balance variations. The heart openers are a bonus! Alexa will present different options for the less experienced student and for the advanced yogi. ( 1 hour)
