Erin Eoff- Hayes

Meet Erin Eoff Hayes, a joyful and passionate 500-hour certified yoga instructor who has been immersed in yoga for over 20 years. Teaching since 2017 at Invoke, Erin combines her deep experience with a playful and inclusive approach. She earned her 200-hour certification in 2016, completed a 50-hour Yin certification in 2020, and achieved a 300-hour certification in 2023. Erin specializes in Functional Vinyasa yoga, focusing on how poses feel rather than how they look, encouraging her students to embrace yoga as a practice for everybody and all unique body structures. For Erin, yoga is so much more than poses—it’s a philosophy and a way of life. With her love for teaching and leading meditations, Erin creates a warm, welcoming space where students can explore, grow, and find joy in their practice.     Erin E. is bringing the heat today with some strong warrior postures as well as some chest openers and backbends. Dhanurasana will be our peak space will lots of room to play and roam around the body. Two blocks will be handy for this practice if you need extra support for your arms. (1 hour)
