Congratulations! You've completed your 3 Intro to Yoga session. Today we will combine all of the content learned in the first three workshop sessions and flow through a 60 minute level 1 class. You may need 2 blocks or a prop that will bring the floor closer to you but will also support your weight. Take the practice at your own pace and have fun! (1 hour)
