Crazy Dancer will be our peak space today with lots of twists and turns along the way. We'll be using blocks for chaturangas and down dogs and during our sequence as well. As always, Jill and her demo gal and friend Kelly, keep is light, fun, but empowering and strong. Two blocks will be needed during today's practice for optimal enjoyment and awareness. (59 minutes)
