Each day you'll alternate between a 60 minute mat class focused on one of the 5 Pilates Principles and a shorter duration express Pilates workout. This challenge is appropriate all levels and is perfect from someone wanting to gain strength and stability in their Pilates practice.

  • Pilates Mat Concentration Focus with Glenna Asmus (Level 1/2)

    Episode 1

    Pilates Mat - Level 1/2 - This class focuses on the basic pilates principles, with the assistance of small props for a fun and creative workout. Our open level classes are tailored to challenge a variety of fitness levels, so all are welcome! (1 hr, 8 mins.)

  • Express Pilates Arm Workout with Glenna Asmus (level 1/2)

    Episode 2

    A quick Pilates arm workout. All you'll need is a set of light hand weights or objects of equal weight as a substitute. (19 minutes)

  • Crunchless Core Work with Glenna Asmus (Level 2)

    Episode 6

    Join Glenna for some "crunchless" core work. Intrigued? In this short class, we find deep engagement of the abdominal wall with bridging, lateral bends, and hovering table tops. No props are required for this workout. (22 minutes)
