    You'll want a comfortable seat and place where you can feel at ease. Purvi guides us beautifully through our bodies and out of our heads in this session. (24 minutes)

  • 9 Minutes of Mindfulness- Pranayama w/ Purvi (All Levels)

    Today is all about dropping into your breath. Our breath delivers such a powerful rinsing for our organs, mind, and body. It's at the very foundation of our asana practice. Come be with your breath today and see what will be revealed. (9 minutes)
