  • Slow and Smooth- Prenatal Flow w/ Tess

    Join Tess for another wonderful prenatal flow. Today we will work out tension in the upper back, open through the hips and stretch the lower body. Any props that you use will be useful, but any mama to be will be able to do this flow. (32 minutes)

  • Morning Mobility- Vinyasa Yoga w/ Tess (Level 1/2)

    Good Morning, Spine! Join Tess this morning as we unlock the thoracic spine. We got all the circles, spirals, and twists in this one so get ready to have your spine feeling fine. A bolster or pillow might be helpful for this practice. (32 minutes)

  • Upper Body & Abs- Pilates Mat w/ Glenna (Level 1/2)

    Be sure to have a strap of some sort today for resistance and well as a cushy mat. We'll be getting deep into the transversus abdominus and we'll throw some arm work in there just for fun. (16 minutes)

  • Ab Blast- Pilates Mat w/ Glenna (Level 1/2)

    Pilates is a full body experience but who doesn't love to just kill those abs, right? Make sure you have a block or something you can use to squeeze between your legs. (34 minutes)

  • Flow into Camel Pose- Vinyasa Yoga w/ Andrea (Level 1/2)

    Today we are prepping the spine for camel pose, ustrasana. Andrea gracefully guilds us through chest openers and spine strengtheners to get us supported and stable for this posture. A few blocks and possibly a strap can be used throughout to help us deepen and stabilize. (41 minutes)

  • Prenatal Friendly Mat Pilates- Contemporary Pilates w/ Rachel (Level 1/2)

    Though this class is for everyone, you'll hear more cues for our human growing friends. Some small weights and a pilates ball will be great for this circuit. Don't have the props? Don't worry, find some soup cans and firm pillow or yoga block. This is a full body workout so get excited. (30 minutes)
